Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Check and maintain cleaning & sanitation records, pest control records and production logs.
• Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government's regulatory standards.
• Assist in customers' feedback, product rejections and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective & preventive actions required.
• Support preparation for SFA inspections, audits and internal audits.
• Assist with maintaining quality documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Work closely with production staffs to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Applicant must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelors' Degree in Food Science & Technology.
• At least 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen environment.
• Familiar with SFA regulations and documentation required.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.
