QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Our product powers digital banking experiences, including wallets, payments, transactions, dashboards, and smart financial assistance — in a fast, secure, and globally distributed environment.
As we scale, we are looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, reliability, and delivering seamless user experiences across mobile and backend systems.
What You'll Do
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for mobile and backend applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing across React Native applications and Node.js APIs.
• Validate RESTful APIs and serverless workflows.
• Ensure high reliability of systems deployed in AWS environments.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams in an agile environment.
• Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
• Contribute to CI/CD quality gates and release validation processes.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in QA (manual and automation).
• Experience testing mobile applications (React Native preferred).
• Strong experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Swagger, or similar).
• Experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
• Familiarity with Node.js environments.
• Experience working with AWS (Serverless is a strong plus).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Professional English communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience in fintech or high-transaction platforms.
• Mobile automation experience (Detox, Appium, etc.).
• Performance or load testing experience.
• Experience working in globally distributed teams.
