We are currently seeking a QA Engineer to support the testing and quality assurance of AI-powered platforms for an onsite engagement in Abu Dhabi.
Role Overview
As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the functional quality, reliability, and user experience of AI-driven applications. The role involves hands-on testing of features, APIs, and integrations, as well as validation of AI model outputs, data quality, and end-to-end user workflows.
This position is well suited for QA professionals who are detail-oriented and interested in working with modern AI-enabled systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases to validate application features, APIs, and system integrations
• Perform manual and exploratory testing of AI-powered features and user workflows
• Validate AI model outputs, edge cases, and behavior across different scenarios
• Support data quality checks, including validation of training data and generated content
• Log, track, and manage defects with clear documentation using standard issue-tracking tools
• Collaborate with ML engineers, developers, and product teams to define acceptance criteria for AI features
• Participate in regression testing cycles and final release validation
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience in QA or software testing
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
• Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Good knowledge of web and API testing, including tools like Postman
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Clear communication skills for documenting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-driven systems
• Exposure to testing LLM, NLP, computer vision, or AI-generated outputs
• Experience with data quality assurance or validation of model-generated content
Work Arrangement
• Onsite role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Candidates must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
• Visa and relocation support can be discussed during the hiring process
