We are looking for a Data Platforms - BigID Engineer for an energy company based in Riyadh, KSA.
Salary – Depending on Experience
Contract Duration – 6 months
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven hands-on BigID implementation experience (consultant or lead).
• Strong delivery across data discovery, DSAR, RoPA, PIA, retention, and privacy portals.
• Experience with on-prem BigID environments and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
• Familiarity with Informatica EDC integrations.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and governance frameworks.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Riyadh, KSA.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver on-premise BigID implementations, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Configure data discovery, scanning, classification, and retention policies.
• Implement RoPA, DSAR/Data Rights Fulfilment, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA).
• Integrate BigID with Microsoft Exchange On-Prem, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Work closely with IT, security, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BigID Consultant to lead a full on-premise BigID implementation for a large-scale, regulated environment in Riyadh, KSA. This is a hands-on delivery role, responsible for driving the BigID agenda end to end - from data discovery and classification through to privacy, retention, and regulatory compliance use cases.
