Job Scope:
• Responds accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries received via phone, email, internet or mail in reference to pharmaceutical or device products.
• Analyzes caller’s questions to formulate an accurate and concise response using client approved resources and records inquiries and interactions in the appropriate databases following organizational, client and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation — Client information, services record, products details and create a formal case for internal department review.
• Receive and manage product complaints from Asian markets, including hospitals and distributors. (Email, Phone)
Requirement:
• Experience in call center environment in pharmaceutical and medical device.
• Some knowledge on SMART Soft (will be advantage)
• Quick in respond time.
• Able to work independently.

• Work Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5.30pm
