Our mission is clear: to seamlessly bridge the evolving realms of fashion and technology. Zedonk's cutting-edge solution is the one-stop shop technology for brands and showrooms. We empower businesses to streamline their operations and elevate their success.
With a history of nearly 20 years, Zedonk has empowered 1000+ brands and showrooms across 45 countries. Our success lies in an affordable, modular structure tailored to the unique needs of small and medium-sized companies. As we chart our course in the ever-evolving technology sector, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and contribute to the next exciting chapter of our success story.
Headquartered in London, our team comprises industry experts dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to our clients. We value individuals inspired to make a difference, who possess a keen interest in the intersection of technology and fashion, and who exhibit curiosity. At Zedonk, we thrive on team collaboration, a small but mighty team where sharing, trust, and a social spirit form the foundation of our work culture.
In the Product Team, we don't just build software; we solve complex fashion business problems. This role is for a ‘super user’ who wants to master the full breadth of our ERP. You’ll be responsible for deconstructing new features, detailing system logic across all departments, and ensuring no detail is too small to be documented. By leading internal training and creating 'gold standard' guides, you bridge the gap between the product team and our internal client facing teams. We’re looking for a resourceful problem solver who takes pride in having the answers and enjoys helping others grow through shared knowledge.
Who are you?
You are a dependable professional who finds satisfaction in being the 'engine room' of a team. You aren’t looking for a role as a stepping stone to management; instead, you want a stable, long term position where you can become an indispensable specialist. You stay calm under pressure and are comfortable juggling multiple testing projects and internal queries at the same time. You take pride in being the reliable 'source of truth' that the rest of the company can depend on. At Zedonk, we value that expertise, your voice will be listened to and heard.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Mastery & Detailing: Deep dive into every module of the Zedonk ERP (Production, Wholesale, Inventory, Integrations) to master the system and document granular logic.
• Tier 2 Internal Support: Act as the main point of escalation for the Client Success team, providing troubleshooting for complex internal queries that require deep logical insight.
• End to End Testing (QA): Conduct manual testing on new features, bug fixes, and updates. You are responsible for ensuring functionality is sound and meets our standards before it goes live.
• Project Contribution: Work with other members of the Product team on new projects, providing operational insight during the discovery phase and ensuring the final product works for industry workflows.
• Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain the "Internal Source of Truth," including feature specifications and "how to" guides that translate technical logic into clear language for your colleagues.
• Internal Education: Lead training sessions for the Client Success and Business Development teams to ensure they are fully equipped on new functionality and complex modules.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 2 years + experience in fashion (Wholesale, Logistics, Production, or Product Development).
• Previous experience using Zedonk or another ERP that specialises in Fashion is desirable.
• A strong understanding of the fashion supply chain.
• The ability to multitask and manage several projects and internal questions at once.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex logic clearly in writing and in person.
• Confidently lead internal training and collaborate across different departments.

• Join a profitable company established for over 20 years, offering a secure role with a consistent and reliable Monday to Friday schedule
• End-to-end in-house training.
• Medical and Dental Insurance.
• Discretionary bonus scheme.

Application question(s):
• In your previous fashion roles, which of these tasks have you been responsible for? (Select all that apply)
- Managing wholesale, production, or inventory data within an ERP.
- Writing detailed 'how-to' guides or process documentation for colleagues.
- Deconstructing complex system workflows to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinating data between different departments (e.g., Production and Sales).
- None of the above.
• On a scale of 1–5, how much do you enjoy the process of deep-diving into software to document every detail and create a 'gold-standard' source of truth for others to follow?
(1 = I find it tedious; 5 = I find it highly satisfying and take pride in accuracy.)
• This role is the internal 'engine room,' meaning you will often be interrupted with complex questions while working on detailed testing projects. How do you stay organised and ensure your documentation remains accurate when juggling these priorities?
• We are a profitable, established company (20+ years) offering a secure, specialist Monday–Friday role. Are you specifically looking for a stable, long-term position where you can become a product expert rather than a role on a management-focused career track?
