As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader for this digital product, co‑defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Main Responsibilities
Own the product from a “What” and “Why” perspective
Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
Work cross‑functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments
Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
Manage backlog prioritization of work
Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
About YouEducationMasters degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in digital product ownership or related field
Significant experience in product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company
Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
Experience and curiosity in using new AI tools to accelerate how product design and development is done
Skills And Qualifications
Fluent in English, French a plus
Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
Track‑record of problem‑solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with a “get things done” mindset
Strong cross‑functional leadership & influencing skills
Strong project management skills
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred
