Key Responsibilities
• Bed Warranty Repairs - Diagnose and resolve mechanical or structural issues with various bed types.
• Furniture Assembly - Assemble a variety of products, including bed frames, desks, chairs, and shelving units.
• Fixture Mounting & Installation - Securely install wall fixtures such as mirrors and paintings.
• TV Mounting & Installation - Expertly mount and set up TVs for optimal placement and viewing.
• Entertainment System Installation & Setup - Configure home theater systems, soundbars, and streaming devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by educating customers on product use and maintenance.
• Maintain precise records of installations and repairs using company software.
• Adhere to safety and quality control procedures to guarantee professional results.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in installation, assembly, or repair work is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with entertainment and security system setups is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to proficiently use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail alongside excellent problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs).
• You must have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
