Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional (Marine / Mechanical / Electrical) to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for marine, mechanical, and electrical materials and services. The role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and procure marine, mechanical, and electrical materials, equipment, and servicesIdentify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery termsPrepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and purchase ordersCoordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to understand technical and material requirementsEnsure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and UAE regulationsMonitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material qualityMaintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier databasesManage cost control and support budget planningHandle expediting, inspection coordination, and logistics follow-upsResolve supplier issues, claims, and discrepancies efficientlyRequirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in marine, mechanical, or electrical sectorsStrong knowledge of MEP and marine materials, specifications, and vendorsExperience in UAE/GCC procurement processes and local suppliersProficient in ERP systems and MS OfficeExcellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple vendors and priorities under tight deadlinesJob Type: Full-time
