Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr Requirement/Must Have: • Extensive experience designing and deploying distributed systems and cloud environments. • Strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture and hybrid cloud management. • Deep understanding of identity and access management, encryption, and cloud-native security controls. • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and DevSecOps practices. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience: • Seven plus years of experience designing and deploying distributed systems or cloud environments. • Five plus years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering. Responsibilities: • Design and implement a unified cloud architecture across Azure and hybrid environments. • Guide adoption of cloud-native services including compute, storage, networking, container, and serverless solutions. • Ensure architectures support high availability, monitoring, disaster recovery, backup, and cost optimization strategies. • Partner with security teams to design and maintain secure, compliant cloud environments. • Develop security frameworks and guardrails to ensure workload resilience. • Implement identity protection, conditional access, multifactor authentication, and privileged identity management. • Collaborate on identity lifecycle management and hybrid identity integration. • rchitect platforms that support data interoperability and AI/ML initiatives. • dvocate for healthcare data standards and scalable data storage strategies. • Evaluate and determine appropriate platforms including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or container-based solutions. • Lead application assessments, migration strategies, and modernization planning. • Oversee migration execution, pilots, and proof-of-concepts. • Provide guidance on DevOps and DevSecOps practices, automation, and cloud-native technologies. • Mentor engineering teams on infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and security automation. • Provide oversight on financial optimization and cost management. • Collaborate with clinical, research, business, security, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders. • Mentor teams and promote continuous learning and innovation. Should Have: • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards. • Experience with container orchestration platforms. • Relevant cloud, security, or architecture certifications.
