We have partnered with a leading UAE conglomerate to appoint a PMO Transformation Manager within the Technology & AI function.
Reporting to the PMO Director, this role will support the delivery governance and transformation oversight for a portfolio of digital, technology, and AI programmes. The focus is on improving structure, visibility, and performance tracking across complex initiatives.
About the role:
Govern and track multiple technology and AI transformation projects.Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for project visibility and delivery performance.Coordinate stakeholders across IT, CRM, and business units to ensure alignment and timely execution.Contribute to PMO process standardisation, governance, and reporting frameworks.Support the PMO Director in ensuring programme discipline, transparency, and risk management.
About you:
6-8 years' experience in PMO, transformation, or project governance within technology or AI-led environments.Strong skills in reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.Experience using tools such as Power BI, Jira, or MS Project.Excellent communication and organisational skills.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
