PMO (Core Banking) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced PMO (Core Banking) to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in supporting the core banking transformation initiative. This includes driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders. The PMO will help establish the foundation for successful execution of the full transformation program. Roles & Responsibilities: • Support planning and execution of project activities across multiple workstreams • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees • Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies • Ensure documentation of scope, requirements, and decisions • Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams • Assist in resource planning and budget forecasting • Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations • Support change management and communication efforts Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field • 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles • Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projects • Familiarity with large-scale transformations • Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) • Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships. • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment • Experience with vendor coordination and SOW management • Self-disciplined Preferred Education: • Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles
