Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of transformation activities across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, milestone trackers, and reports
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees
- Ensure documentation of scope, requirements, decisions, and governance artifacts
- Coordinate with business analysts, architects, vendors, and delivery teams
- Support resource planning, budgeting, and financial tracking
- Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
- Support change management and communication activities
- Drive executive-level reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience in project management or PMO roles within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Korean or Japanese language skills are a plus
