Company Overview
• We are a professional recruiting services firm with a small office located in Hong Kong.
• Currently seeking a Half-Day Part-Time Administrative Assistant.
Job Highlights
• Permanent half-day role with fixed monthly salary.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm
• Office located within one minute’s walk from North Point MTR station.
• Immediate availability or short notice start preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the office team.
• Collaborate effectively in a small, fast-paced office environment.
• Perform data entry, CV editing, and general paperwork.
Ideal Candidates
• Tertiary education background.
• Prior experience working in an office setting.
• Proficient in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be seeking a long-term half-day position.
• Applicants seeking full-time roles or short-term part-time work will not be considered.
