We're a LATAM-focused recruiting agency that is placing extraordinary talent from Latin America in North American companies. Our mission is:Connecting talent across the AmericasCandidates MUST live in Latin AmericaCompensation: USD $2000 / monthPart-time (15-25 hours/week)Fully RemoteAbout Our ClientOur client builds financial analytics software for fractional CFOs and their SMB clients. Their platform connects to QuickBooks, Plaid, and other financial data sources to help CFOs deliver better visibility to their clients through cash flow tools, financial statements, and embedded analytics. They’re a small, scrappy, global team that moves fast. Their workflow is AI-native: they prototype with tools like Magic Patterns and Lovable before writing specs, and they iterate quickly based on real feedback. Traditional "PRD to Figma to Dev" handoffs don't work here. The RoleThey need a designer who can work at the speed their tools enable while understanding the financial domain deeply. This is a dual-track role:Product UI (80%): Owning the interface of their core B2B financial platform.Marketing Web (20%): Owning their high-conversion landing pages and marketing site presence using Framer. They are moving away from a traditional "Designer —> Webflow Developer" workflow. You will be expected to use their existing Figma component library to design and push pages to Framer. They maintain a legacy CMS in Webflow for core site architecture, but you will own the "speed-to-market" for all new marketing initiatives. What You’ll DoRapid Product Prototyping: Translate AI-generated prototypes (Magic Patterns, Lovable) into production-ready Figma specs for React engineers.Component System Management: Maintain and evolve their Figma component library. You’ll ensure that styles used in the app are seamlessly ported over to Framer for brand consistency.Data Visualization: Design interfaces for complex financial data: P&L statements, dashboards, cash flow visualizations, and forecasting tools.Collaborative Tension: Work directly with the Product Lead. Challenge initial prototypes with your own UX perspective—they want you to push back when something doesn't make sense.Own the Marketing Web: Design and build high-polish landing pages in Framer. You will be responsible for the "design-to-publish" pipeline, ensuring the marketing site matches the quality of the app.RequirementsMust Have:Figma Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Auto Layout, Components, and Variants. (This is non-negotiable as it powers their Framer workflow). The "Full-Stack" Designer Mindset: Experience with Framer.B2B Data Experience: A portfolio showing you can make dense tables, charts, and financial dashboards look clean and intuitive.Financial Literacy: Working knowledge of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow. You don't need to be a CPA, but you need to know what an Income Statement is.AI-Native Workflow: Comfort using AI-assisted design tools (Magic Patterns, v0, etc.) to skip the "blank page" phase and get straight to refining UX.Strong Plus:Previous work in fintech, accounting software, or CFO tools.Knowledge of Webflow (for occasional coordination with the technical maintenance resource).Experience with embedded analytics or BI tool design (Sigma, Looker, Tableau). How They WorkVelocity > Perfection: They ship fast. They spend their time on complex UX problems (multi-step wizards, data-dense forecasting), not pixel-pushing simple buttons. No Handoffs: For the web, you are the builder. For the app, you provide clean specs that React devs can follow easily.Async by Default: They value clear written communication and Loom walkthroughs over long meetings.
