Payments Operations Analyst
Our client a Chinese based Tech Company is seeking a Payments Operations Analyst to join the Team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for billing
and payments escalations, collaborating closely with internal teams, clients,
account managers, and third-party vendors to resolve payment issues and ensure
an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the resolution of payments and billing inquiries to deliver timely and accurate outcomes for clients
• Investigate and analyze payment discrepancies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Update and maintain accurate documentation and communication records related to payment processes
• Coordinate with internal payments teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate information flow and issue resolution
• Communicate effectively with clients and account managers to provide clear updates and manage expectations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payments, billing, or finance operations roles
• Strong communication skills demonstrated by direct engagement with customers and clients to resolve issues
• Analytical skills applied to detail-oriented review and reconciliation of payment data
• Proficiency in general IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to payments and billing systems
