You’ll be the friendly face patients meet when they arrive, helping them feel supported and cared for from the moment they walk in. What’s the job? - Welcome and register patients in a busy office setting
- Collect and verify insurance, demographics, and billing info
- Manage copays, deductibles, and receipts with accuracy
- Partner with clinical staff to keep patient flow running smoothly
- Provide compassionate, clear communication to patients and families What’s needed? - Previous experience in patient registration, patient access, or customer service preferred
- EPIC knowledge a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high volumes with empathy and professionalism
- Flexibility to work 1st shift Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays What’s in it for me? - $17–$20/hr with weekly pay
