On behalf of our client, we are seeking a UX/UI Specialist / Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end user experience and interface design for a client’s web and mobile platforms. The role will act as a focal point between internal departments, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements, identify usability issues, and drive continuous improvements. The position requires working independently without a design team, owning UX research, UI design, and overall experience optimization. The role will focus primarily on improving existing web and mobile applications (Android & iOS). Responsibilities: Conduct UX research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior Lead UX/UI design activities for web and mobile platforms from concept to delivery Review existing platforms and identify areas for usability and design improvement Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs Ensure consistency and quality across all digital interfaces Act as the main point of contact for UX/UI-related decisions and improvements Support development teams by providing clear design handover and guidelines Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required; specialization is not mandatory. Industry background in fin-tech, banking, capital markets, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: 3–15 years in UX/UI design Ability to work independently and take full ownership of UX/UI initiatives Platforms: Web applications and mobile applications (Android & iOS) Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar Portfolio: Strong design portfolio is mandatory
