Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a high-profile project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will coordinate all site activities related to the commissioning of the OT cybersecurity project, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee on-site commissioning activities for the OT cybersecurity project. Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations. Ensure compliance with international and Saudi-specific cybersecurity standards. Develop and implement cybersecurity measures for OT environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and HMIs. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices from Belden and Cisco, and firewalls such as Fortinet. Utilize tools like Acronis Cyber Protect for backup and recovery, Net Op for remote access, Trellix e PO for endpoint protection, Kiwi Syslog for log management, and Nozomi Networks for OT network monitoring. Implement hardening measures for servers and workstations, including Linux systems, following best practices as per CIS controls Ready to travel to site as required.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity roles. Relevant certifications such as Comp TIA Network+, CCNA, Comp TIA Security+, Comp TIA CySA+, Comp TIA Pen Test+, or EC-Council CEH, are highly desirable. IEC 62443, GICSP, GRID are good to have. Strong understanding of industrial control systems (Utilities) and protocols (e.g., IEC101/104, Modbus, DNP3, OPC). Hands-on experience with networking equipment like layer 2 and layer 3 switches and routers, firewalls like Fortinet. Proficiency in using tools like Acronis Cyber Protect, Net Op, Trellix e PO, Kiwi Syslog, and Nozomi Networks. Experience in hardening servers and workstations, including Linux systems, following best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
