Role Location
• Remote within Canada - PST zone (Vancouver) working hours.
• Must reside within Canada with a legal work status and be incorporated in Canada.
Role Description/Skillset:
• Lead and participate in Oracle Performance Management implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand performance management objectives and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Performance Management modules (such as Goal Management, Performance Reviews, Talent Management, etc.) to meet client needs.
• Provide expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite Performance Management functionalities and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, user training sessions, and documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Performance Management processes and integrations.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Stay updated on Oracle product releases, new features, and industry trends.
You must currently reside within Canada and have legal working status.
