We are expanding our Healthcare Digital Transformation Solutions (HDTx) team, collaborating with top healthcare organizations to craft innovative digital strategies that tackle complex technical challenges. As an Oracle Health Consultant, you will apply your technical skills to help our clients enhance their Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, leading to improved care delivery, better patient outcomes, and increased profitability.
As an Oracle Health Integration Solutions Architect, you will:
• Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to optimize the utilization of their Oracle Health EHR systems.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of consultants to design and implement technical solutions that align with client objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Design and execute integration solutions that facilitate secure and accurate data flow between Oracle Health platforms and third-party applications.
• Guide technical teams in understanding interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR while translating workflow needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Effectively facilitate meetings, developing clear agendas, capturing notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect at Oracle Health is essential; candidates without this specific background cannot be considered.
• Enterprise-level expertise in Oracle Health, especially in implementing and managing integrations with third-party applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate Oracle Health solutions and make informed enterprise EHR decisions.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements, including flexible hours as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Compliance with client-specific requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates, is mandatory.
The estimated hourly rate for this position will vary based on several factors including skills, experience, market dynamics, and travel requirements.
