You Are:
An Enterprise Solution Architect with substantial experience engaging with prospective customers on Oracle EPM (Hyperion) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM platforms. You simplify complex architectures and showcase a strong presales mindset, confidently advising senior stakeholders.
The Work:
Your primary responsibility is to act as a value architect across diverse presales opportunities, from small projects to large Oracle managed-services deals. You will shape solutions in:
• Oracle Hyperion EPM (Planning, HFM, DRM/Data Relationship Management)
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM
• Hybrid and migration scenarios involving on-prem, cloud, and OCI
You will create solution architectures based on your extensive technology, delivery, and managed-services experience, collaborating directly with clients to co-create tailored solutions. Your expertise will be vital in shaping client strategy, technical scope, integration models, SLAs, and risk positioning across multiple teams.
Lead Solution Architecture for Oracle Hyperion & Oracle Fusion Managed Services:
• Design, implement, and manage the migration scope for on-prem Hyperion, Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM implementations, and on-prem to Fusion Cloud/OCI migrations throughout the presales cycle.
• Outline comprehensive solution blueprints that encompass planning, financial close, reporting, ERP integration, data flows, environment strategy, and operational models.
• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient managed-services offerings within EPM and ERP ecosystems.
Act as the SME for Oracle Technical Architecture:
• Function as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Hyperion and Fusion Cloud technical architectures, integrations (OIC/REST, EPM Automate), identity/security, and deployment patterns.
• Provide authoritative insights on best practices regarding availability, performance, disaster recovery/business continuity, automation, and operational governance.
Represent the Solution to Senior Client and Internal Leaders:
• Engage with senior client executives, CIO organizations, and business/finance stakeholders to align solution value with their business objectives.
• Present architectural designs in client meetings, solution deep dives, and during commercial negotiations.
• Foster alignment with Operating Group leadership and the sales team.
Drive Internal Approvals & Risk Governance:
• Steer the Technology Delivery sign-off process with complete alignment on solution scope, risks, assumptions, delivery models, SLAs, and financials.
• Work with Legal and Commercial teams to ensure compliance with solution standards and protect the firm's interests.
Collaborate Across Sales, Delivery, and SMEs:
• Partner with presales, sales executives, pricing teams, security architects, and delivery leads to ensure feasibility and optimize the delivery model.
• Contribute to Terms & Conditions; in some instances, be responsible for specific contractual elements.
• Engage in the early stabilization of newly-won deals when necessary to guarantee a seamless transition to delivery.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology environment with significant exposure to outsourcing and/or systems integration models.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution planning, deal shaping, or presales architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM technical implementation, administration, or architecture.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years relevant work experience). If you hold an Associate's Degree: a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
Compensation at Accenture varies based on numerous factors, including office location, role, skills, and experience levels. As required by law, Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range for the respective roles outlined below:
• California: $73,800 to $218,800
• Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
• Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
• District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
• Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
• Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
• Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
• Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
• New York/New Jersey: $68,300 to $218,800
• Washington: $78,500 to $201,300
