Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect Okta IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements
• Implement SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory
• Integrate Okta with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise applications
• Configure SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM
• Lead Okta tenant setup, customization, and best practices
• Support identity governance, access policies, and security controls
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and optimization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM teams
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience as an Okta Architect or IAM Architect
• Expertise in Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Workflows
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience integrating Okta with enterprise applications (SaaS & custom apps)
