As part of their efforts in scaling their Cyber Security teams significantly, they are actively hiring with multiple new headcounts. Your New Role This is a senior, hands‑on cybersecurity operations role within a central security function, focused on elevating security testing standards and embedding secure‑by‑design practices across the organisation. You will define and govern security testing frameworks, lead advanced penetration testing and red‑team‑style activities on high‑impact systems, and drive application security maturity through secure coding standards and DevSecOps integration. The role bridges strategic security oversight with deep technical execution, helping the organisation move from reactive testing to proactive, threat‑driven defence.
