The Network Field Tech is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of network operations. You will be responsible for physical rack and stack operations, cabling, troubleshooting, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Perform standard Smart Hands support tasks, including physical rack and stack of network equipment. Execute cabling installation and management to ensure optimal network performance. Provide on-site troubleshooting and resolution of network issues. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices. Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to security and compliance. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, specifically in a network field technician role. Must possess a valid secret security clearance. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
