Job Description
Oversee daily operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of key network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems.Maintain consistent network performance and ensure mission‑critical systems remain highly available.Execute upgrades, configuration updates, and security patching aligned with corporate and client standards.Work closely with internal teams to resolve connectivity problems and enhance overall network stability.Keep detailed and accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and change records.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar discipline.At least 3 years' hands-on experience in network administration or engineering.Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.Experience working with Cisco network appliances is an advantage.Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and firewall operations.Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work under time pressure.CCNA or similar qualification is preferred.
