Job Description
• Oversee daily operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of key network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Maintain consistent network performance and ensure mission‑critical systems remain highly available.
• Execute upgrades, configuration updates, and security patching aligned with corporate and client standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve connectivity problems and enhance overall network stability.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and change records.
The Successful Applicant
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar discipline.
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience in network administration or engineering.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
• Experience working with Cisco network appliances is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and firewall operations.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work under time pressure.
• CCNA or similar qualification is preferred.
