Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Web & Native Automation QA Engineer with strong experience in mobile and web test automation, along with exposure to AI/GenAI-driven testing approaches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Web and Native Mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Perform hands-on automation testing using Appium and modern web automation tools (TestCafe preferred)
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot pipeline issues
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools or concepts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Web and Native Automation Testing
• 5+ years of strong experience in mobile automation (Appium preferred)
• Strong frontend automation skills
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language:
• JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or Shell
• Solid experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
• Prior experience working with eCommerce applications
• Exposure to AI-powered testing, GenAI frameworks, or automation POCs
