Job Title: Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Technical Architect – MS Dynamics 365 CRM Location: USA, Canada - Remote Duration: 6+ Months Role Description This is a Remote. The Technical Lead – D365 CRM is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership • Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, and development for D365 CRM/CE implementations. • Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines for the CRM team. • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical oversight to developers and consultants. • Evaluate new features, modules, and technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem and recommend adoption. 2. Solution Design & Development • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. • Build, configure, and customize D365 CRM components including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, PCFs, and Power Automate flows. • Design and develop integrations with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management). • Implement security roles, business rules, and data model configurations. 3. Project Delivery • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment. • Support project planning, effort estimation, and technical risk management. • Ensure solutions follow SDLC standards, DevOps processes, and deployment automation. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical
