Role Summary:
Looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 identity services, enterprise IAM workloads, and authentication modernization (LDAP → AD / Entra ID).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Microsoft 365 Identity & Access including SSO and user access policies
• Administer M365 workloads: Exchange Online, Entra ID (AAD), Intune, PowerShell
• Migrate application authentication/authorization from LDAP to AD & Entra ID
• Create & maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and reports
• Engage with customers, collect feedback, drive service improvements
