Job Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist in the company, you will have the unique opportunity to build and execute our content marketing strategies from the ground up. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various channels, including website, social media, email, and more.
• Create high-quality and engaging content, including articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
• Manage social media platforms and online communities, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to user engagement.
• Identify and engage with industry influencers and thought leaders to establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that amplify brand visibility and credibility.
• Plan and execute media campaigns across different channels, such as print, digital and outdoor, to maximize brand exposure and reach the target audience effectively.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, content reach, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and performs well in terms of readability, relevance, and conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism, Creative Media, or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years’ experience working in content marketing, media planning, or in a similar field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content across different formats and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficient in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week, with a preference for Monday to Friday, with a minimum of half-day availability.
