The Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director, will lead GTM planning and regional marketing strategy for ALDO’s key APAC (Asia Pacific region) franchise partners. This role manages brand and regional projects, gathers market insights, coordinates with agencies, and collaborates with internal teams and partners to drive brand performance across the region. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, solutions‑driven, diplomatic, and thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. They bring strong business acumen, digital and paid media expertise, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities • Lead APAC marketing by adapting global strategies to regional needs and building seasonal/monthly marketing plans. • Develop regional brand calendars, execution guides, and commercialization presentations. • Liaise with franchise partners and agencies to gather plans, performance data, and market insights. • Analyze reports to provide clear insights, recommendations, and post‑mortems for leadership. • Maintain regular communication with partners through weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly calls. • Build workback schedules and coordinate resources and timelines across teams. • Ensure campaigns launch on time, align with brand guidelines, and meet business objectives. • Conduct monthly market research to inform briefs and strategy. • Support regional productions to ensure smooth 360 campaign rollout. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • This position requires fluency in both French and English as it involves communication with international clients and stakeholders where English is the primary language of business. (Mandarin is a strong asset). • 5+ years of marketing experience with an international brand or retailer. • Strong project management, marketing strategy, and media planning skills. • Digital/e‑commerce expertise (retail experience an asset). • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager is a plus. • Strong analytical abilities; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Autonomous, organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partners and deadlines. • Strong relationship‑building and service‑oriented mindset.
