About Our Client
Our client owns multiple properties and a venue of over 4000 square meters in Hong Kong.
Job Description
• Oversee and manage daily security operations executed by contracted security teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of security contractors, including the selection and training of on-site personnel.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Ensures compliance with government and industry standards.
• Ensure adequate CCTV coverage of all critical areas
• Responds to emergencies (24/7) related to safety and Security and leads remediation efforts as required.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Security Plan.
• Assist in the development and delivery of security training, awareness, and education programs.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
• Diploma in Security Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in security operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Police Force is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possession of a valid driving license (Codes 1 & 2) with a clean driving record.
