Job Description
As a Marketing Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Lead the revamp of the brand to develop comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.Oversee the planning and rollout of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and experiential platforms to amplify brand visibility and user acquisition.Lead the ideation and execution of branded events, live activations, and content-driven experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive community engagement.Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.Building the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.Cultivate strong relationships with media partners, creators, advertisers, and strategic collaborators to drive co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Marketing Director should have:
At least 10 years of marketing experience in media, lifestyle, baby products/toys, retail or consumer products experience.Entrepreneurial, with strong strategic planning abilities and hands-on execution.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with driving multi-channel marketing, including digital, social, influencer, content and events.A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
