Our client is a growing media startup with an existing brand name regionally and a strong following in the market. They are now looking for a Marketing Director who will lead their revamp of their brand and lead the growth of their business.
Job Description
As a Marketing Director, your main responsibilities will include:
• Lead the revamp of the brand to develop comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Oversee the planning and rollout of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and experiential platforms to amplify brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Lead the ideation and execution of branded events, live activations, and content-driven experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive community engagement.
• Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Building the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with media partners, creators, advertisers, and strategic collaborators to drive co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Marketing Director should have:
• At least 10 years of marketing experience in media, lifestyle, baby products/toys, retail or consumer products experience.
• Entrepreneurial, with strong strategic planning abilities and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with driving multi-channel marketing, including digital, social, influencer, content and events.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
