**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including shift scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure safety and security of all company premises, assets, and personnel.
- Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and physical security measures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and site inspections.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, civil defense, and other external agencies when required.
- Lead emergency response planning, including fire safety, evacuation drills, and crisis management.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain security awareness programs for employees.
- Manage budgets and resources related to security operations.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
