As part of our cloud operations, you will manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and seamless operations for our clients. Your role will involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices in cloud-based systems. The Opportunity In this dynamic role within our Cloud Operations team, you will lead the creation and execution of innovative cloud resilience strategies. Supervising and mentoring teams, you will deliver outstanding results while building meaningful client relationships and navigating complex situations. What You Must Have • Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum of 5 years of experience. What Sets You Apart • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Risk Management is preferred. • Preferred Certifications: relevant credentials from leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure providers (VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, RedHat, NetApp, EMC, Cisco, Arista), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ITIL Certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and AWS or Azure certifications related to resilience or infrastructure. • Experience in IT resilience and disaster recovery. • Expertise in public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud infrastructure, including network, server, storage, and database solutions. • Ability to provide specialized advice on IT resilience strategies customized to client environments and challenges. • Familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL). • Experience working with clients to identify critical business functions and IT system dependencies. The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000 based on individual skills, experience, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
