It’s possible to take on an ambassador role while also ensuring the company’s safety Our Loss Prevention Agents play an active part in the smooth running of our stores. They serve as key points of contact for all team members. Their role is both dynamic and engaging, contributing directly to the company’s performance.
• *Responsibilities**:
- Detect, investigate and deter shoplifting.
- Work closely with police authorities.
- Write reports.
• *Requirements**:
- A strong customer service mindset.
- A discreet and disciplined personality while showing a preference for teamwork.
- Possess report writing and computer skills.
- A keen interest in asset protection and crime prevention.
- Quebec: French
- Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia: English
