The Role We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant to provide on-site operational support on an on-demand basis at our Singapore office. This is not a full-time or part-time employment position. Work is scheduled in advance based on operational needs and may be sporadic. You will be contacted to handle specific tasks or interventions, typically during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: • Shipment Coordination: Prepare, document, and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or similar. • Inventory Management: Conduct scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate digital records. • On-Site Point of Contact: Act as the go-to person for pre-scheduled support tasks, liaising with internal teams and external vendors to resolve logistical or minor technical issues. Requirements: • You are a great fit if you: Have excellent availability and flexibility for sporadic, pre-scheduled assignments. Are detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing tasks from start to finish. Possess basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting. • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
