We’re helping an open-source AI organization grow its LLM research and applied science team.
This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy pushing models forward — and seeing them used in the real world.
What you’ll do
• Design, train, and optimize large language models.
• Explore improvements in reasoning, alignment, efficiency, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models into production systems.
• Contribute to open-source research, tooling, or benchmarks.
• Share findings internally and externally (when appropriate).
What they’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, AI, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in ML / NLP / LLM-related work.
• Strong hands-on skills with Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with open-source models and research workflows.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in international environments.
