Bachelors Degree in **Civil Engineering**:
- Minimum **10 years experience in preparing technical submissions & plans.**:
- Must have at least 5 years work experience in **Oman with 2 years recent experience.**:
- KSA experience is an advantage
- Good experience in **Roads & Infrastructure tenders.**:
- Experience in **Design & Build/ EPC tenders**:
- **Experience and regular engagement in Value Engineering pratices.**:
- Proficient in **Office Suit, AutoCAD and Civil3D software**:
- Experience in Revit/ BIM modelling software solutions.
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal) - writeup fluency.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
