**Technical Lead & FullStack Developer Job Description**
We are looking for a Technical Lead & **FullStack Developer** with a storied history in the technological sector to manage the delivery of technical projects from the concept stage to release. You will be responsible for monitoring the progress and managing the communication with the developers and work closely with them to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Generally, you need to have a background in software or web development, but also have strong communication skills and the ability to employ a broader managerial skillset. Also, you should be a strategic thinker, an enthusiastic teammate, and an expert in technological development.
You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
• *Major Areas of Responsibility**
Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative technical solutions
Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Help departments use technology profitably
Actively participate in the definition and implementation of the long-term technology strategy aligned to the Operation and Corporate technology strategy and goals.
Working closely with the Website and App developers and account managers of third-party integrations
• *Job Requirements**
Masters degree in computer science or related field.
MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
Exceptional team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to delegate efficiently.
Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
