About the job Lead Solution Architect
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture for large-scale transformation programs (preferably Oracle Fusion) within asset-intensive or airport environments.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end business processes and integrated solutions in complex, asset-intensive environments.
• Strong technical expertise in ERP architecture, integration, middleware, APIs, and security.
• Expertise in modern integration approaches (APIs, ESB, iPaaS), cloud-native architectures, and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination in complex, cross-functional settings.
• Professional certifications in solution architecture, project management, or ERP systems (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple, concurrent projects with a focus on business outcomes and innovation.
