Responsibilities
• Oversee the entire testing process and drive continuous improvement
• Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance and manual workflows
• Design, build and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, windows and api platforms
• Execute scripts, analyze results and proactively identify, report and track defects
• Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like jmeter or gatling
• Integrate automated testing into ci/cd pipelines and collaborate across teams
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
• Hands-on experience in software testing, automation or development
• Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and full software lifecycle
• Advanced programming skills in Java, Python or JavaScript
• Proven experience with selenium, appium, testng, pytest, cypress or similar tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
