A company is looking for a Lead Automation Quality Engineer responsible for leading automation initiatives and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test strategies and frameworks
Provide direction to test and quality automation engineers and define best practices for test automation
Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines and monitor test automation metrics
Required Qualifications
7 to 10 years of testing experience, including 4 to 5 years in automation testing
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring test automation teams
Strong Java expertise and proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and JUnit
Extensive knowledge of CI / CD processes and related tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
