Position Overview We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to spearhead the design and execution of powerful, scalable Salesforce solutions. This pivotal role merges technical expertise with strategic vision, aligning technology with business objectives while adhering to Salesforce best practices. As a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, you will work closely with stakeholders to determine needs and craft effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Champion architectural governance and compliance by establishing principles, guidelines, and standards; participate in architecture reviews to ensure adherence. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business aims. • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms. • Take a proactive role in analyzing technology trends and their implications; contribute to vendor assessments. • Lead the design and execution of end-to-end solutions that fulfill business requirements. • Transform business and technical needs into comprehensive solution designs. • Define system integration methodologies ensuring component interoperability. • Guide and support development teams during solution implementation, managing architecture for extensive projects and creating roadmaps for portfolio advancement. • Architect Salesforce implementations across various projects or large-scale initiatives. • Serve as an advisor for clients and internal teams, delivering strategic guidance and mentoring Salesforce professionals. • Conduct sessions to assess clients' existing Salesforce usage; develop findings reports and actionable solution roadmaps. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business and functional requirements. • Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate designs. • Design and document efficient data models and secure, scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, and Manufacturing Cloud. • Oversee configuration, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and release management activities. • Support the development of user stories ensuring clearly defined success criteria. • Engage in solution reviews, providing recommendations for architectural enhancements. • Act as a release manager for Salesforce environments, overseeing deployments in alignment with DevOps best practices. • Contribute to project planning, scoping, and estimation efforts with cross-functional teams. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience required. • At least five years of relevant IT experience, including a minimum of two years in architecture roles. • Salesforce Solution Architecture Track certifications are preferred. • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC) is required. • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud is preferred. • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes is preferred. • Experience leading large-scale CRM or Member Services implementations, including data migration and integration activities, is preferred. • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
