Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer / Solution Architect to lead solution design, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale public sector or enterprise digital transformation programs. This role requires hands-on expertise in Kotlin, Spring Boot, and full-stack development, along with strong capabilities in cloud integration, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development workflows. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution architecture and technical design for complex government or enterprise applications • Provide hands-on development guidance in Kotlin, Spring Boot, and full-stack technologies • Drive AI-assisted development workflows with human-in-the-loop validation • Oversee end-to-end delivery, including AWS cloud integration (S3, SQS), DevOps, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines • Mentor and lead development teams while ensuring Agile best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions • Support technical proposals, client discussions, and solution presentations. Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot for backend development • Full-stack development experience, including ReactJS frontend development • Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services and DevOps practices • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and structured workflows • Expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery methodology • Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, performance, and security • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred / Good-to-Have • Experience working on public sector / government IT projects • At least 8 – 10 years in Java experience for backend development • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks • Exposure to database technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL Let's talk about what's in it for you!
