What You'll Do
As a Lead IT Architect at BCG Platinion, you'll bring design to the forefront of business challenges, developing innovative solutions that address complex problems at the intersection of people and technology. You will work with a collaborative team of designers, engineers, researchers, and consultants, applying your technical expertise and analytical skills to facilitate organizational transformation.
This role primarily serves the US Public Sector but also includes opportunities in commercial and private sectors as needed. Ideal candidates should have US Citizenship and either hold or be able to obtain a security clearance.

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's Degree in related fields is a plus.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with over 4 years in architecture.
• Superior technical knowledge and engineering discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts to senior executives.
• Extensive expertise in technology stacks, cloud architecture, omnichannel solutions, integration methodologies, and more.
• Experience with agile engineering and related tooling.
• A proactive mindset that drives iterative progress with a focus on business value.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements, which may involve significant travel to client sites.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application.

Compensation:
The first-year base salary for this role is $190,000, complemented by an annual discretionary performance bonus and contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that covers health, dental, vision, fitness reimbursements, and generous paid leave.
