Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, building, scalable applications using .NET(C#), React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Snowflake(or similar database technology), and Python. You will play a critical role in delivering cutting edge solutions to multifamily industry. Our mission is to empower our users with scalable, user-friendly applications that drive business success.
What you will do:
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using .NET(C#) and React with Vite.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front-end applications.
• Work with relational databases and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth).
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional components.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to create cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time and within scope.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Qualifications
What you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript for building modern web applications.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with front-end tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, npm/yarn, CSS preprocessors).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar microservices platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Soft Skills:
