Job Description Are you passionate about creating a seamless shopping experience for customers? We are seeking a dedicated Lead Front End Operations Specialist to enhance our Front End department. Responsibilities • Streamline and enhance processes, policies, and procedures across the Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting departments. • Transform the workspace for improved efficiency and cleanliness in Front End operations. • Guarantee a safe and high-quality customer service experience throughout the department. • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as Shopping Experience Progress Reports, Customer Trackers, and Cash Over/Short measures. • Provide essential training, support, and follow-up on all aspects of Key Retailing. • Mentor and coach the customer service manager and front end supervisors. • Effectively communicate and promote company initiatives to your team. • Assist management in maintaining organized and clean environments in various areas, including check stands and the Customer Service Center. • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned. • Perform all essential job functions effectively, with or without accommodation. Qualifications Minimum • Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as required. • Willingness to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak periods. • Experience in retail with a focus on customer service and front-end operations. • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle a high volume of work. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and more. • Comprehensive understanding of department operations such as team management, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service. • Proven track record of integrity and reliability in previous roles.
